Founder & Industry Veteran
With 34 years of extensive industry experience, Vaughn has operated throughout Africa, particularly West Africa, and the Middle East in challenging hostile environments. His last deployment was in Iraq. As a qualified Highfield tutor and Highfield IQA for Regulated First Aid Assessor and IQA CPD training, plus internationally certified firearms instructor and certified explosives magazine master, specialist in training teams in high value cargo securing and movement.

Tactical Firearm & Anti-Poaching Training Specialist
With 43 years of distinguished service and expertise, Dave's career spans from SADF infantry to navy submariner, South African Marines, and the Amphibious Specialized Boat Squadron as an instructor. He transitioned to law enforcement with the South African Police Services before entering private sector training, specializing in comprehensive tactical instruction and anti-poaching operations. Dave has also worked extensively throughout Africa and abroad in close protection operations, bringing real-world experience to his training programs.

Medical Training & Development Specialist
In 2000, Glen made a strategic shift into training and skills development. He completed his CPO course in 2012 and EMT B/BAA in 2013. Transitioning from CPO work, Glen now focuses entirely on medical and CPO training, specializing in setting up comprehensive training materials and facilitating various levels of continued medical instruction.
